We are an out-of-network private pay clinic focused on providing individualized, high-quality care without the limitations often associated with insurance-based services. Payment is due at the time of service; however, families may request a superbill to submit to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage and reimbursement rates vary by plan. We accept HSAs, FSAs, checks, cash, and all major credit and debit cards.
Evaluation fee: $300
Our comprehensive evaluations are individualized to each client’s unique needs and may include standardized and informal assessment measures, caregiver or client interviews, and clinical observations. Following the evaluation, families and clients receive a detailed written report with personalized recommendations, treatment planning, and guidance for next steps.
Therapy session fee: $120
Treatment sessions are individualized, evidence-based, and designed to support meaningful progress in everyday communication. Most clients are seen 1x per week for 45 minute sessions, depending on the individual needs, attention, and treatment goals of the client. Caregiver education and homework is provided after each session.
